When stressed out, the best way to deal effectively with stress is to work on the body, mind, and emotions by using physical exercises and meditation techniques. Another wonderful technique is the use of relaxation, known as Yoga Nidra. It is a technique that allows the body and mind to enjoy the benefits of deep sleep while being fully awake.
